I'm lovin these cooking battles. Its nice to see the men in the kitchen blessing the friends and family! Man oh Man, I'm not sure what people will say. NY OIL, where you at? I, personally, don't eat chicken and rarely eat cheese, so my input may be a little bias. HOWEVER, you was really getting down in that kitchen, I gotta say. You had like 3 pots and the stove goin' all at once! Adding your own spices, had some good techniques there. I'm feeling that. I would just say, in my bias opinion, to add a huge side of spanich to that or mix the spanich in with the pasta.

Nice work DJ DanO! I think you're the first to challenge NY Oil with an actual video!....let the games begin!

Thank you... I have learned to cook from everyone from my Mama to restaurants I have worked at over the years, to cooking shows, and next time I make a video I am gonna make sure it's not right before my blogtalk radio show, that way won't be in such a rush next time... or start prepping hours before. LoL
As for cheese, I am lactose intolerant, but had my lactaid... Sometimes the cheese just be calling! LoL
I have worked in every type of kitchen and know a lot of different foods... Just wait till the next video!
You want spinach?, I got something for you... haha I know a few different recipes that involve spinach
